Staycation at Crosswinds Resort Suites

I love staying at a resort or hotel away from the metropolis.

Although there are more grand hotels in the urban area I would still prefer a place along the countryside. I know that the view of the city skyline in a hotel room is quiet fascinating. Gazing down from the top would make you forget for a while that you are looking at a hustle and bustle area. You’ll at least think that everything was peaceful outside. But nothing captivates me more than the beauty of nature which is the reason why I probably prefer going to rural areas for a staycation. I want a hotel room or a place that when I look outside all I will see are green trees, mountains and a clear sky, a place that almost feels like paradise. Living in a city can be a little exhausting that’s why taking a breather away from it is always a pleasure. One of my favorite places is Crosswinds Resort Suites. It is a Swiss inspired luxury resort located in Tagaytay. I’ve been in this place a couple of times with my family. We came here whenever we feel like getting a time out from the busy area. There were pine trees everywhere and I really did feel like I was in Switzerland. It was raining when we have checked in and the rain adds up to the charm of the place. The good thing is that there was a coffee shop near our suites. We bought cheesecakes at Café Viola and hot red velvet at The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf.  I decided to drink mine at the terrace while looking far away.
